As mentioned on Twitter, this'll be the last Case Closed review for the foreseeable future. Not that I haven't fallen out of love with the series or anything, the series' rigid formula produced repetition that often impeded consistent critical thought. As I plan to branch out into other manga this spring, this difficulty rendered it prime for the axe. Consequently, I suspect my more ardent  readers may notice my wavering conviction throughout this particular review.

Regardless, we'll be back on track with game reviews here soon. Expect to see Sleeping with the Enemy return this month as well.

By the way, through some unexpected turn of events, something unbelievably exciting is unfolding behind-the-scenes! I can't talk about it just yet, but let's just say it involves Hey Poor Player. In the meantime, I'm planning out a Nintendo Labo Beginner's Guide for release sometime next week.

My first manga review copy! Yes, VIZ was gracious enough to allow me digital review copies for their volumes, so this is the first of many to come!

Anyway, I've been following Conan's adventures for over thirteen years now, so I guess it's only fitting I start reviewing it! Finally, I'll get to share my love of Case Closed after so long! (FUNimation ceasing the anime dub still stings)

...oh yeah, I'll have to catalog these manga reviews in my Archive pages, don't I? I'll think of something for that. Anyway, expect three manga reviews next month.
